The beginning of 2025 marks a turning point for us at Aquaelite, with a clear vision and ambitious goals to strengthen our company’s growth path. After a 2024 defined by major internal reorganization and strategic investments, the new year kicks off with numerous innovations, a strengthened commercial network, and a renewed focus on service quality and digitalization.
Looking back at 2024: a year of transition and innovation
2024 was a year of transformation for us. Internal reorganization and warehouse automation laid the groundwork for significant efficiency improvements. Despite these challenges, our revenue grew compared to 2023, confirming our strong market position.
Investment in digitalization played a key role. The implementation of advanced systems enabled a more efficient reference management process through the introduction of barcode scanning for warehouse optimization, streamlining internal operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Another step forward was the creation of a green space dedicated to employees, reinforcing our commitment to workplace well-being.
According to CEO Paolo Civelli, the future strategy revolves around sustainable growth, digitalization, and solidifying Aquaelite’s position in the high-end faucet sector. These elements will be the pillars of our 2025 strategy.
Goals and strategies for 2025
Our goal for the new year is ambitious, and to achieve it, we will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers through an optimized after-sales service, expanding our commercial network by acquiring new clients, and launching innovative products to broaden our range.
To enhance our corporate structure, Massimiliano Lorenzi joins as the new Italy Area Manager, tasked with overseeing agencies in key strategic areas of the country. Additionally, customer service is being reinforced with the introduction of two new team members dedicated to Italy’s back office and customer support. This improvement aims to ensure smoother order management and more effective communication with customers.
Commercial network updates and key event participation
2025 brings an update to our price lists with the introduction of the new MINIMAL ROUND product. Highlights include the minimal round showerhead, newly designed built-in shower mixers, and the Ø65 shower set, designed to provide greater aesthetic consistency.
One of our flagship products remains Touch WOW, a symbol of technology and comfort, redefining the bathroom and SPA environment.
We confirm our participation in major industry trade fairs, including Cersaie 2025 (September 22-26), and are considering attending ARCHITECT@WORK MILAN 2025 and the Salone del Mobile 2026.
At the same time, we continue to invest in digitalization and brand awareness. Training for our sales network will be a key element in ensuring an increasingly effective and competitive commercial strategy.
Innovation and investments for the future
We look ahead with strategic investments aimed at enhancing production and improving logistics efficiency. The warehouse reorganization and expansion, with additional pallet storage, represent a step forward in increasing operational capacity. Furthermore, the acquisition of a historic building, set to become a showroom and commercial office, marks an important milestone in strengthening our corporate image.
2025 will also see the launch of innovative products, including a new built-in showerhead, to be unveiled at Cersaie 2025, a glossy version of the Kino model, and a new brass round series for the contract sector, further expanding our offerings to meet evolving market demands.
Customer experience: the value of service quality
Our commitment to customer experience is reflected in the analysis of feedback collected through our 2024 satisfaction survey. The results show a high level of customer satisfaction, with 75% of clients rating delivery times positively and 62% recommending the brand for its value-for-money proposition.
However, we remain dedicated to optimizing our after-sales service, improving delivery punctuality, and enhancing the clarity of support materials to ensure an ever-improving customer experience.
